M&M's re-opening!!
When: Wednesday, October 14, 2020
Time: 5:30-6:15pm
Here are the guidelines set in place for us to open safely during COVID-19 and
using Safe Sanctuary guidelines to keep our children and adults safe.
1. - All adults and children 10 years and older must wear a mask indoors.
2. - Parents must walk children to door of Children's area where their temperature will be taken,
hand sanitizer used and parents can sign in their children.
3. - Volunteer adults working that evening will have their temperature taken also.
4. - Parents must sign children out.
5. - There will be no snack since we are only meeting for 45 minutes. Please let your child know.
6. - If someone in your immediate contact comes up positive and you are quarantined, please do not bring your child because they show no symptoms. Quarantine means not associating with others whether you have symptoms or not. We do not want to "knowingly" spread the virus.
7. - If someone in your immediate family tests positive, please notify us so we can best determine
who they have been in close contact with here at M&M's.
8. - Volunteers for the evening will wipe down tables and other surfaces after event is over with Lysol wipes.
9. - Volunteers are the success for this re-opening and for the program being successful. Please mark that you can volunteer for an evening.
Thank you for your cooperation during this time. We appreciate your patience and flexibility.

M&M's Music, Missions and More!
Wednesday evenings 5:30-6:15pm You can register online or at the door and registration is always free! Each Wed. evening the children will participate in a variety of activities. Most of the time it will be a small group Bible lesson and game but there will be missions and fun events as well as music when we can again. |
QUARANTINE MISSIONS
Engage your child in a mission from home!
Just because we are not able to go out and do missions as we have been, that doesn't mean we cannot engage in some form of mission at home. Here are a couple of suggestions to get the kids off their own focus of being secluded to thinking about others who are also secluded and how they can help them.
Senior Care Cards
Worry Knots Activity
Click on the activity, download the pages and have fun putting a smile on others faces!
To mail senior cards - call the church office for a homebound members mailing address list.
For more information, please contact Rose in the church office at 870-777-8816.

Right now - in the time of Covid-19, we have had more time on our hands. But what happens when we go back to being social, go back to school, sports and other extracurricular activities that we were doing before. Is your life going to change or are you going to change?
Parents,
Most families today will tell you they’re too overextended, too busy, feel like they’re running a rate race; yet we’ve all been given a gift from God, 24 hours in a day. If you’re like me you’ve often wondered why in the world God only put 24 in there! Each of us has the same amount of time each day, but we all get to choose how we use it.
This month we want to help you discover HOW to manage your family’s time well. Take a moment to watch the following video to see how to manage the time monster:
http://vimeo.com/parentministry/review/92234304/2643c29f03
We encourage you to take the time and really evaluate the 24 hours God has given your family. How exactly are you using the time given to you?
In the next couple weeks you’ll receive a second email from us that will include some steps your family can take to tame the time monster.
Thanks,
Children’s Pastor
